An important book which shows superbly just how valuable EFT is for anyone diagnosed with cancer. Warmth, sensitivity and experience shine on every page. Emma specialises in using EFT for serious disease and has guided hundreds of clients with cancer through this process. Detailed tapping scripts to work by oneself, this book is highly recommended. Self published, it is available from the author's website.

Sapolsky, a neuroscientist, combines cutting edge research with a healthy dose of humor to explain how prolonged stress causes or intensifies mental afflictions. He highlights the studies that suggest we do have some control over stress-related ailments, based on how we perceive the stress and the kinds of social support we have.

Dossey contends that we are entering an era of the "non-local mind" and that consciousness can accomplish healing outside the confines of one's brain and body, influencing distant events, people and circumstances. An interesting read if you can suspend skepticism and entertain possibilities.

Gary Craig, the founder of EFT, has retired and on 5 June 2010 the www.emofree.com site closed. Fortunately, while Gary still retains legal ownership of the various copyrights and other EFT assets, he has transferred much of the site to the stewardship of Dawson Church who has been leading recent research into the benefits of using EFT for veterans suffering with PTSD (see Stress Project below). EFT Masters World Wide
Only 29 EFT Masters attained this distinction before the certification was discontinued. This site gives an easy overview of the Master practitioners scattered world wide, their specialties and web links as well as news and articles. In addition the www.emofree.com forums have moved here along with their existing moderators.

The Stress Project
